I am the Transparency Motivator — an International Motivational Speaker and Author who uses lived experience to inspire healing, honesty, and purpose. I am also a Business Development Consultant, helping entrepreneurs and nonprofits build structure, clarity, and sustainable growth.
I am a Retired Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, Event Host and Facilitator, and a passionate advocate for community, youth empowerment, and intentional living.

It has not been easy to live in transparency, but it has been the most necessary and rewarding life I have lived thus far. Walking in my purpose began the moment I took a deep look in the mirror and confronted who I was—and WHOSE I was.
That awareness changed everything. It shifted how I showed up, how I healed, how I loved, and how I served. Transparency didn’t just free me—it aligned me. And from that alignment came clarity, confidence, and calling.
I no longer hide my story; I honor it. Because my truth is not a weakness—it is my assignment.
