Mikkita L. Moore, I am an International Motivational Speaker, Author/Co-Author of thirteen published books, which started with, "The Letter, From the Invisible Daughter", I am the Transparency Motivator, a Certified Tour Coach, a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor and CEU Sponsor, the Founder/CEO of The Art of Transparency, NFP Organization and Tour and full-time Real Estate Broker.....
Being an Author of thirteen books, my first book was started because I was in a very dark and negative place in my life. I knew I needed to release that hurt, pain and anger, however I didn't want my life stories to be lost in a journal in a basement. I wanted my life stories to be something my children’s, children’s children could find and read for years to come. I wrote my book in my truth.
We are constantly taught structure writing; everyday but I am not teaching structure with my book, I am talking about my life, I am reliving my truth. With my books I also wanted to reach my audience on a level that's different from the rest. I needed to reach an audience that hasn’t heard about the Black girl from the south side of Chicago that wasn’t poor and not knowing where her next meal would come from. The girl that her mother wasn’t a drug addict, father wasn’t a drug pusher. I got tired of the stereo types that I had to be from this family or that kind of family because I had my children at 14 years old. My all-time favorite was the one that says teenage moms can’t raise their children effectively or the one that says teenage moms are all high school drop outs. That has never been a part of MY story.
In 2021, after 5 years of touring, writing and healing i became first time homeowner. Becoming a homeowner allowed me to live a vision God had given me ten years prior. In 2001 I tried taking the Real Estate class but soon dropped out, dealing with an abusive relationship and not being able to focus, I walked away thinking that part of my life had passed. However March of 2022 I tried the class again this time being fully focused on the GOAL... May 18th 2022, I took and passed the Real Estate exam on the first try.
Since then I have built my Real Estate brand around first time home buyers and Single Parent home buyers. Those two classifications are near and dear to my heart because I was both when I bought my home. Although I had an amazing Real Estate Agent and Lender i found myself lost in the process not knowing what to expect or what to do next. I vowed that i would be different, I vowed to education not only my buyers but those that wanted to simply have the home buyer knowledge.
I now take my years of training, educating, and conference experience and educate first time home buyers and single parent home buyers about the process of home buying, financial and credit literacy, as well as the loan process. It is important to be educated on what is "needed and next".
I am proud to be multi-faceted with many talents to simply HELP others.. from Healing to Owning... I am your Transparency Motivator Help!!!

We focus on providing a positive platform of personal testimony to begin the healing of ONE person, ONE city, ONE state, ONE nation at a time, through the Art of Transparency.
We provide the pivotal tools resources and fundamental needs necessary to create lasting impact for those affected by various traumas.
Our History
The tour starting in 2016 as a tool to promote the Founders 1st book entitled The Letter, From the Invisible Daughter… But after the very first event there were lives changed and healing taking place. From that day until this day we have touched over 900,000 lives through the AOT tour platform, the AOT talk/radio show, as well as their community outreach.
The Tour
The Art of Transparency started as my first “book” tour entitled The Art of Transparency Tour. The tour gives other Authors, Speakers, “People” the platform to tell their stories to an audience of all kinds. The Art of Transparency mission is to provide a positive platform of personal testimony, we are healing ONE person, ONE city, ONE state, ONE nation at a time through The Art of Transparency!!! Needless to say it is no longer “Just” a book tour..… It’s a Healing Tour!!
While on tour, we would go into a shelter to simply share our testimony and give back to them in gifts. With each city we touched we left our presence in a shelter. Some of those shelters needed our help far beyond just coming in to talk and leave a care package. We never want to just be about talk….
Out of The Art of Transparency Tour birthed “The Art of Transparency, NFP. The organization will adopt a shelter per city we will help find funding, help by donating for funding, and of course go share love with them more than just the once a year that the tour is in that city.
The shelters that we have stepped into are Domestic Violence Survivors, Sex Trafficking Survivors, Homeless Families, Homeless Young Adults, etc… They need to know that we are there for them in any way that we can be.
The Art of Transparency prides itself on leadership and testimony. There are ladies on this team that has experienced each and every story of those in the shelters we visit. Our stories are to be told to help them realize that “this” is only temporary, and they too can make it out successfully.
Every dime of our donations goes to shelters we have visited or will visit. We purchase care packages, give monetary donations as well as contact state and city officials to help them with their funding needs.
I, Mikkita Moore as the CEO and Founder of The Art of Transparency, NFP Organization as well as The Art of Transparency Tour, for me being Transparent is the key to healthy living. I have learned that the story God gave each of us to live is only the testimony to help the next person behind us know that they too can make it….
