I Am a Woman Who Chose Alignment Over Applause.
My name is Mikkita L. Moore.
I am a Transparency Motivator, Cultural Curator, and International Speaker — but before any title, I am a woman who has lived what I now teach.
I understand what it means to build while healing.
To lead while navigating pressure.
To show up strong while carrying weight no one sees.
My work was not born from theory.
It was born from experience.
From resilience.
From rebuilding.
From choosing clarity over performance.
There was a time when silence felt safer than truth.
But I learned that growth demands honesty — with yourself first.
Transparency did not just free me.
It aligned me.
And from that alignment came purpose.
Today, I create spaces where leaders and entrepreneurs can confront the emotional cost of success without shame — and rebuild without losing themselves in the process.
I believe:
Leadership should not cost you your identity.
Success should not require self-erasure.
Influence should not demand silence.
I believe the most powerful leaders are not the loudest — they are the most aligned.
And alignment changes everything.
I created The Earned Seat at the Table because I know how powerful it is when the right people sit in honest dialogue.
Entrepreneurs. Creatives. Professionals. Everyday leaders.
People who have done the work.
Carried responsibility.
Navigated growth.
Survived pressure.
When we stop performing and start being real — transformation happens.
That is the work.
I do not enter rooms to impress audiences.
I enter rooms to recalibrate them.
Through my keynote Leading Without Losing Yourself, I challenge leaders to examine where they began shrinking, overextending, or abandoning themselves in pursuit of success.
Because you can build boldly — without breaking yourself in the process.
To create spaces where truth is safe.
To elevate conversations that matter.
To challenge leaders to think deeper.
To build impact rooted in integrity.
My guiding principle is simple:
Alignment Before Applause.
If I stand on a stage, sit at a table, or enter your room — it will always be with intention.
Because leadership is not about being seen.
It is about being aligned.

Mission Statement
Dear Daddy: The Legacy of Charles S. Gamble is a nonprofit dedicated to healing and empowering girls and women who have experienced father absence, loss, or complicated relationships. Through storytelling, community support, and creative expression, we honor the truth of each daughter’s journey while preserving and transforming the legacy of fathers—bringing connection, healing, and hope to daughters across the world.
Vision Statement
We envision a world where every daughter, regardless of her experience with father absence or loss, feels seen, supported, and empowered to transform her story into strength. Through collective healing, creative expression, and shared legacy, we strive to cultivate a global community where daughters reclaim their voices, rewrite generational narratives, and rise with resilience, hope, and purpose.
Habakkuk 2:2-4- 2 Then the LORD answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. 3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 4 “Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.
